As one of the few websites on the Internet, we have additionally secured ourselves with appropriate security plugs that increase the anonymous flow of information on our network. This is best illustrated in the diagram below.
Who can we provide the data to?
In accordance with applicable law, we may transfer your data to entities processing it on our behalf, e.g. marketing agencies, subcontractors of our services and entities authorized to obtain data on the basis of applicable law, e.g. courts or law enforcement authorities – of course only if they make a request based on an appropriate legal basis. We would also like to mention that on most websites, user traffic data is collected only by our office.

What are the legal grounds for processing your data?
Any processing of your data must be based on an appropriate legal basis in accordance with applicable regulations. The legal basis for the processing of your data in order to provide services, including tailoring them to your interests, analyzing and improving them and ensuring their security, is the necessity to perform contracts for their provision (these contracts are usually regulations or similar documents available in the services you use ). Such a legal basis for statistical measurements and the own marketing of administrators is the so-called legitimate interest of the administrator. The processing of your data for the marketing purposes of third parties will be based on your voluntary consent. The Acupuncture Room, however, ensures that your data will not be passed on to anyone and is a medical secret. We have never shared third party data with us.
